How Do I Opt In?

You are enrolled to receive SMS notifications when your employer or manager adds your phone number to the Hi Juno platform as part of your team profile. By providing your phone number to your employer for use in Hi Juno, you consent to receive operational text messages related to your work tasks and responsibilities.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on task assignments and deadlines. Typical usage is 1–10 messages per week per team member. Messages are only sent during business hours unless configured otherwise by your employer.

How Do I Opt Out?

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message from Hi Juno
• Ask your employer to remove your phone number from Hi Juno

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
